Imagine your full spectrum self. You could say your evolutionary self or your future self. Invite Doctor Who to take you into that area of your story that you call the past, but is actually here and now, recorded in your body. Find frozen energy where you chose to put the emotion on hold, rather than simply let it flow. See all the swamps of congestion flowing freely, all the dried up river beds filling with water from gently melting glaciers. Choose to allow stored energy to be released, to become available to you NOW. Command it! Aloud. LET IT BE SO!
Albert Einstein said “Imagination is more important than knowledge”.
Now invite Doctor Who to take you one year into the future to meet your potential self, and invite him or her in.
The media is full of makeovers right now, a sign of the emerging movement of life to recreate itself. This is a spontaneous unfolding -the infinite impulse of life to naturally renew itself, like a blade of grass pushing tenderly but relentlessly through concrete. How much of your current structure is left over undigested past? What is pushing to emerge into your life from your original blueprint?
Imagine the New You one year from now. Where are you? What are you doing? What clothes are you wearing? What do you look like? What colours? When you go out where are you going? What are you saying? What do you think about? What are you feeling? What has this year been like? What do you want to embody? What you have already created, that you choose to keep? Where do you wish to evolve? Spend a few moments imagining, then write a description in the present tense, a movie script. Now share with your dyad partner, or someone you choose to share it with. Decide who goes first and listen with fascination to first your partner, then you describe yourself as if it is one year later. If alone speak out loud. Begin, “What an amazing year”! Then change over.
